Brandnew spacious familyhouse, situated in the new area Greenstart Amstelveen. 

In the recently completed project Green Start Amstelveen situated beautifully finished HOUSE with extension at the back and sunny garden facing North. The special thing about this project is that the home is energy neutral, with underfloor heating throughout the house. Feet warm in the winter and cool in the summer! The design is of the popular '30s architecture. 

The house of Green Start has an EPC (Energy Performance Coefficient) of zero. All houses are connected to a thermal energy storage system (ATES) system. The heat pump will replace the boiler and controls the temperature of the delivered energy source. The energy which is necessary for the heat pump, is generated by the solar panels. Your home is better than average, isolated and balanced system ensures sufficient fresh air in the house. In addition, the entire house has underfloor heating. The result is an extremely comfortable home and barely heating costs.

First floor: On this floor are three bedrooms. The fully and beautifully tiled bathroom has a large shower, 2nd toilet, towel radiator and a large washbasin. 

Second floor: landing with a connection for a washing machine. A large 4th bedroom can be made out of this floor by adding a dormer at the back. And an closet with the technical installation.
